To cancel or modify an order: All requests are to be done in writing. You must e-mail Jeff Jenn at Jeff@NorthShoreLighting.com
with the specific instructions.
Manufacturers warranty applies.
Defects: Defective parts will be immediately replaced at no expense to customer.
Con-tech Lighting return policy. 50 percent restocking. With replacement order 25 percent.
Halo Lighting- returns are 25 percent restocking.

Items made to order are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content
is accurate or complete, including price information and product
specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our
systems, and the customer contacted for approval. Orders will not be released without written authorization from customer approving any price change. North Shore Lighting reserves
the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies
or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).
All claims for shortages and damages, must be filed by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds: Items are subject to manufacturers and or our restocking charges when applicable. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Material must be in original packaging. No material will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization.
No refunds for made to order items or items over 30 days.

NorthShore Lighting and it's subsidiary companies make no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to workmanship, performance, quality, durability, fitness for purpose or merchantability for any of the items it sells. This disclaimer is for all liability including , among other, liability for consequential and special damages. The only warranty applying to such articles are those which are written and are specially provided by the manufacturer. NorthShore Lighting makes no warranties, but it does maintain and provide to any customer,upon request,information concerning the manufacturer's warranties.this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranty This warranty is in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and or fitness for a particular use or purpose. Company makes no representation or warranty that the products comply with the requirements of the U S occupational Safety and Health Act, the Consumer Products Safety Act or any other Federal ,State or local statute or the rules and regulations issued thereunder.. In no event whether as a result of breach of contract , warranty tort, including negligence, or otherwise , shall company or its suppliers be liable for any special ,consequential,incidental or punitive damages, whether forseen or forseeable, including but not limited to loss of profit or revenues, loss of use of the products, or apparatus or any associated equipment, damage to associated equipment,cost of capital, cost of substitute products or apparatus, facilities services or replacement power, downtime costs, or claims of Third Persons who buy from or deal with customer of company for such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, the maximum liability, if any, of company from any cause whatsoever shall be the original cost of any defective products sold or services provided.
