HALO HAS THE MOST LENIENT RETURN POLICY WHEREAS:
CON-TECH LIGHTING HAS THE MOST STRINGENT. 50 PERCENT RESTOCKING-REPLACEMENT ORDER 25 PERCENT.
All claims for shortages and damages, must be filed by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds: Items are subject to manufacturers and or our restocking charges when applicable. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Material must be in original packaging. No material will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization.
No refunds for made to order items and items over 30 days.
